PartySnailGames.com Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Party Snail Game(s)! From designing the games to hand-packing them ourselves, we do all we can to make sure you are delighted with your purchase!
But we know that sometimes things don't work out as you hoped, or perhaps someone already owns the game that you're giving it as a gift. For these circumstances we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, with no questions asked by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (including compostable wrapper), within 14 days of placing your order.
To start a return, please contact dave@partysnailgames.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Party Snail Games, 75 Barnett Road, Brighton, BN1 7GJ at your own expense.
Please email us in advance before posting the game(s) back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for ensuring the games are securely packaged to avoid any damages in the returns process.

Damages and issues
All games are hand packed and sent in perfect condition. We have also worked hard to make sure our games are sent in secure and protective packaging to minimise waste and make sure you receive a perfect game! However if the game is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email dave@partysnailgames.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for wrapping or cards (where available). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
