Christmas Fundraiser 2024 - Sign your charity up now!

This December we are aiming to raise over £1000 for charity with our Christmas 2024 fundraiser. We would love your charity to benefit!

It's simple - for every game that your supporters buy from our website in December, we will donate £5 to your charity. Our games cost £12.99 each (with a 10% discount to them if they buy 3 or more) so this is a big chunk of our sales, but we hope it brings lots of benefits and funds to your organisation!

You don't need to do anything except tell your supporters and encourage them to buy. It's an easy peasy win.

If you are part of, or know, a great UK based charity - we would love to hear from you!

Here is how it will work:

1. Send us an email to receive a unique code for your charity, that your supporters can use at checkout on PartySnailGames.com. You must be a UK registered charity - please tell us your charity's name, registered number and how you would like to receive the money (bank transfer, fundraising page, credit card etc).

2. We will reply within 72 hours with a unique code for your supporters to use at checkout, as well as sending over some basic promotional information and graphics that you can use when you announce the offer to your supporters.

3. All codes will become active and the fundraiser will go live on Tuesday 3rd December. At this point it's over to you - tell your supporters what your unique discount code is and that they can head to PartySnailGames.com to stock up on Christmas pressies whilst also supporting your cause! The more you remind them, the more you will raise!

4. The offer will end at midnight on Thursday 19th December, at which point all codes with be de-activated - this ensures we can get all games out to your supporters in time for Christmas.

5. We will transfer all funds to your charity in the week of 13th January. This allows time for us to account for refunds etc.
